UN-REDD National Programme Document, April 2011
OCCD coordinates PNG's UN-REDD National Programme as a lead Implementing Partner. After extensive national and international consultation, PNG's National Programme Document (NPD) was officially approved by the UN-REDD Policy Board on April 28th, 2011.

	PNG UN-REDD NPD – Letter of submission to UN secretariat  This is a copy of the letter of submission and endorsement to the UN Secretariat by David McLachlan-Karr, the UN Resident Coordinator in PNG.
	PNG UN-REDD NPD – Annexes  This document contains a total of 9 annexes related to the NPD process, both backward and forward looking. It includes the minutes to the NPD stakeholder validation meeting as well as several TORs and overviews of activities.
	PNG UN-REDD NPD – Final (updated) The National Programme forms part of PNG's integrated REDD+ readiness strategy and contributes to preparing PNG for a REDD+ mechanism. A major focus of the Programme to ensure that by 2013, PNG has an operational Measurement, Reporting and Verification system.

COP 16 Cancun brochure  December 2010
"This brochure was produced for COP 16, the 16th edition of Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP) in Cancun. It provides an good introduction to the challenges PNG faces to achieve climate compatible development and the early work of the OCCD."

Climate Compatible Development Strategy  March 2010
"The Climate Compatible Development Strategy (CCDS) summarises the current understanding of PNG's current and future GHG emissions and the threat from climate change related hazards. It outlines high level mitigation and adaptation measures, which have been translated into specific actions in our Interim Action Plan. The CCDS has been endorsed by the National Executive Council and forms the basis for ongoing comprehensive consultation efforts including provincial consultations."

PNG Vision 2050 November 2010
Vision 2050 is Vision 2050 incorporates the National Government’s Strategic Directional Statements to drive development initiatives over the next 40 years. It is designed to map out the future direction of the country, reflecting the aspirations of all its people.

PNG Development Strategic Plan (2010-2030) March 2010
The DSP is guided by the National Constitution and is the first of two 20-year development plans to translate the PNG Vision 2050 into concise directions for economic policies, public policies and sector interventions.

PNG Medium Term Development Plan (5-year plan 2011-2015) October 2010
The MTDP is the first of four rolling 5-year development plans to implement the Development Strategic Plan. The emphasis is on developing governance and institutional capacity along with essential infrastructure and policies required for PNG to advance productivity and improve the quality of life.

This is a draft document on OCCD standard guidelines for stakeholder engagement and consultation, which will be open for public consultation between 20/06/2011 to 22/07/2011. PNG REDD+ Project Guidelines (final)

This final copy of the document has been endorsed by the National Climate Change Committee for demonstration. The REDD+ Project Guidelines ensures the quality of demonstration activities and protect landowners' interest and serve as safeguards against social, environmental, fiduciary risks.

Provincial Consultation Feedback Reports

These Provincial Consultation Feedback Reports were compiled after each province was visited by a team from the OCCD. These visits are a part of an intensive period of consultation with a broad range of stakeholders including government, NGOs, development partners, civil society, private sector & local communities to 'field test' the ideas in the National Climate-Compatible Development Strategy (CCDS). The National Consultation will connect local communities to national climate change options and capture needs and priorities of communities.
